Event Prop Hire FAQs

We are based in Crowborough, East Sussex, and hire our props across Kent, Sussex and the surrounding areas. Several nearby towns have their own pages under areas we cover, each looking at different props and packages, with a note on local venues. If your venue is further away, ask us.

Send us your date, your venue and what you would like through our contact form, and we will reply with a quote. Our wedding, corporate and Christmas packages have set prices, while single props and the baby shower, birthday and christening packages are quoted for your event.

Our wedding packages are £500, £1,000 and £1,500. Our corporate packages are £300, £500 and £850, and the Christmas party package starts from £850. The baby shower, birthday and christening packages are priced on request, based on your requirements, styling preferences and guest numbers.

Yes. Every prop on our hire page can be hired by itself, from the prosecco wall to the picture frame. Some come in more than one form. The candy cart can be a prop for you to stock, filled with sweets, or set up as a hot chocolate bar, and the LED letters can be hired on their own or as a styled setup.

Weddings, baby showers, christenings, birthday parties, Christmas parties and corporate events. Our birthday package covers milestone birthdays, surprise parties and children's celebrations as well as gatherings with family and friends.

Yes. Mark and Claire have hand-crafted our collection of hire pieces and welcome commissions to bring your ideas to life. Our Christmas and birthday packages can be tailored to your venue, guest numbers and theme, and our top wedding and corporate packages come with custom styling options, so tell us what you have in mind.

Our birthday, christening and Christmas party packages include setup, styling and collection, as do the Essential and Celebration wedding collections and the Bronze and Silver corporate packages. The magic mirror photo booth comes with full setup and breakdown, and the audio booth with setup, collection and full instructions. For any other single prop, ask us when you enquire.

Styling is included in the Celebration wedding collection, the Silver corporate package and our birthday, christening and Christmas packages, and the Signature Luxe and Gold packages come with custom styling options. Our LED letters can also be hired as a styled setup, which covers placement, styling and décor to suit your theme.

Our LED letters are made for indoor and outdoor setups, and the picture frame is suitable for indoor and outdoor events. For anything else you would like outdoors, tell us about the venue and we will let you know.

No, alcohol is not included unless it is arranged separately. Glass hire is included with the wall. We can add fresh fruit juices for Bellinis or Mimosas, fruit for the glasses, and for weddings themed options such as Kir Royales as an optional extra.

Breakages are chargeable. The glasses come with the wall as part of the hire.

Two. The small wall is made for intimate events and private gatherings, and the large wall for weddings, corporate events and big celebrations. See the prosecco wall for the personalisation options.

At a venue with a premises licence, drinks sold at its bar are covered by the venue's licence. At a place without one, such as a hall, a marquee or a garden, selling alcohol needs a Temporary Event Notice from the council, given at least 10 clear working days before the event. Councils word their guidance on free drinks differently, so ask yours if you are unsure. Read when serving prosecco at a wedding or party needs a licence for the detail.

Yes. The glasses can hold fruit juice, soft drinks or alcohol-free fizz, and ribbon bows on the glasses make it easy to tell them apart if the wall carries both. After a baby shower we styled, one client wrote that "The champagne wall was a total show stopper and our non-alcoholic guests loved the inclusion of alcohol free mimosa’s."

Guests strike a pose in front of a full-length mirror, take full-length photos and leave personal messages on the mirror screen. The hire runs for four hours and includes full setup and breakdown, unlimited online photos through an instant QR code, a choice of a 200 or 400 print package, props, backdrops and optional personalised photo templates. Guests pick up a vintage-style telephone handset and leave a message, and there is no limit on how many messages are recorded. After the event, you receive a USB stick with every recording, and a personalised welcome message is optional. The audio booth is part of our Celebration and Signature Luxe wedding collections.

That is up to you. The candy cart can be hired as a prop for you to decorate and stock, filled with a selection of sweets, or set up as a hot chocolate bar with marshmallows, toppings and syrups. In our Gold corporate package it comes decorated and stocked with sweets for up to 100 guests.

Not as standard, but we can arrange them on request, and other sweet treats may be available. The doughnut wall comes in a standard size and a large size for weddings and bigger celebrations.

Guests make their own mini bouquets from a display of fresh flowers. You can hire the Bloom Bar as props only and style it yourself, or as a fully stocked floral bar with the flowers priced per stem. Ribbons, gift bags, personalised stickers, wrapping paper and tags can be added.

Many of them can. The LED letters can spell initials, numbers or custom words, the prosecco wall can carry name tags or ribbon bows on the glasses, and the picture frame can show custom wording or your event's name. The doughnut wall can have personalised signage, the magic mirror personalised photo templates, and our welcome signs are personalised for each event.
