Our birthday party package brings LED numbers, a doughnut wall and a personalised welcome sign to parties in Heathfield, about seven miles from our base in Crowborough. Setup, styling and collection are included, whether it is a milestone birthday, a surprise party or a children's celebration.
LED numbers and letters
The age goes up in lights. Our LED letters include numbers as well as letters, so a 40 or a 60 can stand beside a name or a word, and they work indoors and outside. Hire them on their own, or as a styled setup with placement and décor arranged to your theme, with backdrop and balloon styling available as add-ons.
The doughnut wall at a birthday
The photo above is our doughnut wall at a 40th, flanked by pink roses with cupcakes on stands along the table. It comes in a standard size or a large one, and the florals, the theme and a personalised sign can all be matched to your party. Doughnuts are not supplied as standard, but we can arrange them on request.
Photos with the picture frame
Our picture frame stands on its own tripod, so it can go by the entrance, beside the backdrop or on the dance floor. It is made for individual, couple and group photos, can carry custom wording such as a name and an age, and has a QR code option so guests can share their pictures on the night.
Upgrades for a bigger birthday
The birthday party package can be built up with the magic mirror photo booth and an attendant, flower arches, themed styling, a cocktail wall, a sweet cart, or a hot chocolate, pancake or dessert station. No two birthdays are styled the same, so tell us what the guest of honour would love.
Setting up at Heathfield Community Centre
If the party is at Heathfield Community Centre, the parish council hires it in sessions, with the evening one running from 18.30 to 22.30. Ask for earlier access, which the council offers by arrangement, so the styling is up before your guests arrive.
Check a date for a Heathfield party
Send us the date, the venue and the times you have booked, and we will plan the setup around them and send a quote.
